Voting starts on peacefully
Voting for the penultimate phase of the six phase marathon Bihar Polls begin peacefully today with average voting as reported at 9 a.m was 9 %. Stray inidents were reported from Phulwari, Arwal and Nawada.
Well at Nawada a person went inside the polling station with his kid and then let the kid press the Electronic Voting Machine to the party he wanted. Nobody stopped him from doing so. At Phulwari cops found Rupees One lakh Fifty five thousand from a vehicle without any number. Four people has been taken into custody in this regard. While in Arwal constituency in Koli gaon village at booth number 209 people broke EVM machine as large number of voters found their names missing from the voters list.
