TEAM BIHARDAYS The United Milli Forum (UMF), Jharkhand organized a day-long state level workshop in Ranchi recently to train its district office bearers for upcoming Jharkhand panchayat elections, likely to be held in December 2010. With the first workshop on the subject, the UMF has begun gearing up for the local body polls.
