6 cops killed and one injured in Landmine blast in Sheohar Sheohar 22 october: Two days before the second phase of elections, Maoists triggered a landmine blast blowing up a police patrol jeep in the night. The explosion took place near the Shaympur Bhitta Police Station area of the district, 35 km from Sheohar town and claimed life of 6 cops.
