Bihar migrants Gang targets?

Disturbing news from Ludhiana. Are migrant workers from Bihar and UP being targeted by gangs? On the eve of Diwali, three murders occurred in the city in 24 hours, keeping the police on their toes. In all the cases, the suspects were missing, according to local reports. Naresh Mandal, a migrant from Bihar in his mid-twenties, was killed on the night of November 4 when he was coming along with his friend near Arora palace after taking his salary and Diwali bonus. Near Dana Mandi, a group of three persons snatched all his money and ran away. Naresh ran after them but the trio attacked him...
