The Election Commission has made elaborate arrangements for the counting of votes of 243 Bihar Assembly seats and by-poll of Banka Parliamentary seat tomorrow. The Commission has deputed two special observers to oversee the counting process. One Micro Observer will be deputed on every counting table. Preparations for Vote counting in Gopalganj As the final phases of the Great battle for Bihar draw to a close, officuals are concentrating on ensuring the smooth vote-enumeration and declaration of results.
