  DOCTOR ARRESTED FOR INCEST-RAPE  Hazaribagh (Jharkhand): A government doctor B P Singh was on Tuesday arrested on the charge of raping his daughter and was sent to judicial custody.   “The FIR was filed by Singh’s daughter.
