Bhagalpur Dolphin numbers on the rise now   Bhagalpur/Patna: according to recent news reports, there is for a change some heartening news on the wild life front – it is reported that during a census, the population of the endangered Gangetic river dolphin was found to have grown to 223 from about 175 during the past year at the Vikramshila Gangetic Dolphin Sanctuary.
