The Election Commission has made elaborate arrangements for the counting of votes of 243 Bihar Assembly seats and by-poll of Banka Parliamentary seat tomorrow. The Commission has deputed two special observers to oversee the counting process. One Micro Observer will be deputed on every counting table. The State Chief Electoral Officer Sudhir Kumar Rakesh said that 42 counting centres have been set up throughout the state.
