In a big news to state health sector, the government has taken a decision to cover all the district of the state under Comprehensive Newborn Care Initiative (CNCI). All the 38 districts will be covered under this scheme for a period of three years to reduce infant mortality rate in the state.

Chief Minister has thanked the people of Bihar in showing enormous faith in him. Adressing the media he said that, “the Bihar election has written a new story and people has voted for the development”.
