Dengue Fever is still the major health concern in Munger, where unofficial reports put the death toll at 32. Official figures  say six people have died and 1056 others taken ill due to an outbreak of dengue. 27 die of ‘suspected dengue’ , 518 positive

TEAM BIHARDAYS Official sources admitted that six people have died so far due to the outbreak of dengue in Munger district of Bihar, while 518 others have tested positive. Unofficial sources have claimed that the number of casualties due to suspected mosquito-bred fever stands at 27. As many as 518 out of 1361 people diagnosed for symptoms of the dengue fever have tested positive, it is learnt.  Hospital authorities are constrained in providing specialised treatment to the affected because kits for transfusing platelets to patients are not available, civil surgeon Mukesh Kumar complained....
