BIT Patna team wins Imagine Cup, world’s top student technology competition   Delhi: The D Labs team from BIT, Patna, emerged as the winners of Imagine Cup 2012 India finals. Engineering education in Bihar: no faculty, no labs but just more colleges!   Patna: a number of recent reports on engineering education in Bihar have brought to the fore the enormity of the problems. Yesterday simultaneously, the same newspaper group in its two separate publications mentioned both – the founding of the 7th engineering college in Chhapra, Bihar and the worrisome fact that Bihar’s six existing government-run engineering colleges have fewer than 40 teachers, including principals, to cater to over 4,000 students.
