Dear Citizens of Patna, Wht about voting ???Have u given a thought? Yesterday, a friend of mine took a trip to his local barber to get himself a new haircut. Being the talkative type, the natural subject of choice was who’s going to win the election. Tulsi 22yrs, becomes assistant professor at IIT
