Chidambaram with Milind Kamble Patna: according to reports, the Dalit voice in business, Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industries (DICCI) will soon start a Bihar chapter to back the businessmen, traders and entrepreneurs from the scheduled castes in Bihar. Even though the number of such entrepreneurs may be low in the state the nine-year-old DICCI hopes that its chapter in Bihar will help small and petty dalit traders and businessmen to prevail against the traditional system of social discrimination.
