Dear Citizens of Patna, Yesterday, a friend of mine took a trip to his local barber to get himself a new haircut. Being the talkative type, the natural subject of choice was who’s going to win the election. The barber, it turned out believed that a Chief Minister who has given Bihar a better deal than others should be given another chance. And then he said, “I’m going to my village to drop in my vote on the 28th”.  It also happened that this barber was from my friend’s village. Talk about Hindi film co-incidence!
