PATNA: As many as 27 MLAs who are contesting the Bihar assembly elections again have increased their  assets on an average by 301 percent, compared to the assets declared by them during the last assembly polls, according to an analysis done by Association for Democratic Re-forms (ADR) and New Election Watch (NEW), which have been working on electoral reforms and improving democracy in governance in India.
