Bad news from Bihar as minister and JD(U) leader Diniseh Kushwaha’s vehicle was attacked, three polling officials were kidnapped, firing at Muzafferpur, voting list being burned, a team flying from Delhi to look into all these….

Not a good sign…

Maoists have called for election boycott in Bihar and the incident was stated to be part of their design to enforce the call. And this should have made election commission and administration to take strict action, step up the security, even Director General Of Police Neelmani said yesterday that “ Security has been stepped up.” But well so many jawana were stranded on polling day as there was no bus to carry them, they kept asking for it and and officials said it will come. So there was lack of co-ordination from all corners.

Where was the so called air patrolling, ground patrolling and other force when miscreants fired three rounds at a polling booth in Muzafferpur and Darbhanga and escaped….

In Kanti on Booth number 159 two groups fought among themselves and voting was stopped.

So all in all polling at Naxal affected area was affected because of bad management and lack of co-ordination between administration and election commission officials.
