To implement a large scale project requires a certain degree of time, effort and commitment.Moreover it is equally bizarre that we start contemplating that anyone who goes to IIM has a magic wand to transform things at the grassroots level.

Working and impacting the lives of 10,000 families per block would require an extensive investment of human/financial resources and a long time frame to build the platform. This summer internship would mainly entail creating a good concept note, working with Ajeevika to ensure they implement a couple of projects in accordance with project proposal and submission of a final completion report. It is equally funny that none of them have ever spent n year doing farming or have any practical understanding of agriculture at the ground level but thy are planning to transform things without any practical knowledge.

Beyond that these kids would be keenly looking for corporate jobs and would be mocking their experiences in Bihar. A common story of almost all MBAs barring a few. Would be great to see how many of them end up doing this for their profession. Good story for making news but nothing more than that.

This can be done by helping them (without any prejudice )to finance by banks or any other financial corporations.
