Another feat by A. N. College: Dr. Seema Sharma from Physics dept wins Erasmus Mundus Fellowship

Patna: A.N.College, Patna received another feather in its cap with the selection of Dr. Seema Sharma, Reader in Physics, for a 10- month post-doctoral course in Leuven University, Brussels, Belgium under the Erasmus Mundus EXPERTS program for promoting Education, Research and Training in South and South East Asia. She will work with Prof. Jef Vleugel, Dept. of Material Science and Electronics Engineering, Leuven University, on Lead-free Electronic Materials for Green Technologies. Dr. Sharma is the third faculty member from A. N. College to be selected for the Erasmus Mundus Fellowship, after Dr. Ashok K. Ghosh, Prof.-in-Charge, Dept. of EWM and Dr. Nupur Bose, Head, Dept. of Geography.

These Faculty exchange programs have initiated vibrant collaborative research initiatives between A.N.College and three European Universities- Technical University, Delft, The Netherlands; University of Applied Sciences, Karlsruhe, Germany; and now, Leuven University, Belgium.
