Prashant Kumar, CEO
Prashant has more than Ten years of experience in ‘ all kinds’ of media. He started his own media agency redants way back in 2006 in Hyderabad. He has a fabulous collection of more than 5000 movies from all over the world. He has made more than 100 documentaries and a critically acclaimed short film, Romans 12:19.
Within one month after starting bihardays.com in 2010, it became #1 portal of Bihar in terms of ranking, page views, time spent and well all other parameters. When he gets tired of redants and bihardays he just drives off to Nepal and Bhutan and goes into hiding. He is a film maker by training and is actively in independent films and promotion of zero budget film making.
Ratnakar Tripathy, Editor

After doing his doctorate in Philosophy in 1987, Ratnakar Tripathy spent a number of years as a journalist in both English and Hindi with the prominent national dailies ‘The Times of India’ and ‘Navbharat Times’. He then moved on to documentary film making and script –writing and wrote scripts for two features films ‘Hangman’ and ‘Sansar Chakra’.
With a great interest in the Philosophy-Social Sciences interface, he has published academic and popular articles on Hindi and Bhojpuri cinema, and the music industry, having done a series of research projects in these fields. As a research supervisor at a renowned institution, he guided a number of MBA theses on Marketing and Human Resources.
His current preoccupations are analysis of public life and politics in Bihar and India and he continues to write on the themes of development, migration and public policies in Bihar and the nation. With a great interest in literature and cinema, he habitually see-saws between matters involving taste and imagination, and rigorous analysis, both of which excite him equally.

Kumar Arayan, Head Operations
Aryan has spent 4 years in Vedic school i.e. was out of general education for this period. He then complted his graduation in IT from MCRPV, Bhopal. He completed his MBA from Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna ( CIMP), the number one Mangement institute in Bihar. While doing his course from CIMP he participated in various Business plan contests and also won many, a prominent being chosen as semifinalist in Texas University US.

Chandan Singh
is a wild life photographer, traveler, social activist and an engineer by profession. He has done extensive research on on ecology, green power, and floods in Bihar and is occupied ’24*8′ with his varied interests and projects. But he finds time for Bihardays and is one of our guiding lights and motivators.
Other members
Apart from these people we have Ajit, Kshitiz Anand, Prof. Ashok Kumar Ghosh, Nimita Pandey, Manish Kumar forming the core of the team bihardays.com. These people are professionals working in different professions and parts of country but they find time for bihardays and contribute with their ideas and other related works.
